No doubt - it allows for all flavors of gamer, those that are doing it on a budget, those that have expensive rigs, and those that are married to Androids with limited storage, all of the above. While some of the supported devices will also run andorid, Lakka isn't going to run on many non develope...

Mav-

The fact that it spans high end x86 boxs to a cheapo arm Ras Pi is huge. Packs could be used in retro arch installs as well, which means people running other OSes could use packs without committing to the openelec linux build.
